Warm Springs Celebrates Grand Opening
May, 2012 - On May 31, Warm Springs Rehab Hospital at Westover Hills in San Antonio, Texas, celebrated its grand opening. The 40-bed, 50,000 square foot facility began accepting its first patients on Monday, June 4. Warm Springs Nears Completion
March, 2012 - Warm Springs Rehab Hospital at Westover Hills in San Antonio, Texas, continues to make great strides toward completion in anticipation of its April opening. Click here to learn more about the project and see the most recent progress photos here.
Waccamaw Medical Office Building Opening
March, 2012 - The Medical Office Building at Waccamaw Community Hospital continues to open suites as they come to completion. Those now open include the Gastroenterology suite, the Pain Therapy suite, the Physical Therapy suite and office for the Gastroenterology practice. Additional areas will open as they finish over the next two to three months. Custom artwork for the 90,000 square foot MOB, created by our very own Tom Curtis, was also installed last month. March, 2012 - Curtis Group gained two new employees this month with the addition of Michael Franks in our Dallas office and Benjamin Ward, AIA, in our Pawleys Island office.
Michael is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he received his BA in Business Administration, BS in Architecture, Master's in Architecture, an MBA with a Real Estate concentration and an MSBA in Finance. Talk about a well-educated addition to our team! Michael is proficient with Revit software, and will be sharing his time learning more about the development side of the biz with Medica Development.
Benjamin is a registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with a CDT certification from the Construction Specification Institute. He received his BS in Architecture from Clemson University and his Master's Degree in Architecture from North Carolina State University. Ben is an active member of the local AIA branch, and has served on a number of special-interest committees. We look forward to the vast connections, skills and networking opportunities that Ben brings with him to the PI office!
