Moving right along schedule, Warm Springs Rehab Hospital in San Antonio has its first batch of structural steel in place, with scheduled completion by January, 2012. Warm Springs expects to see their first patient in the facility in February, 2012
- CGA moves into the hospitality market with Riversage Inn - August, 2011
CGA was recently awarded a small hotel project near the Kadlec Regional Medical Center campus in Richland, WA. The 27,000 square foot, 57-key hotel is three stories and includes a full-service restaurant. The facility will provide much-needed rooms for families and patients staying in the Tri-Cities area while receiving treatment at KRMC.

- Warm Springs Rehab Hospital Breaks Ground - February, 2011
Curtis Group is proud to announce the groundbreaking for the Warm Springs Rehabilitation of Westover Hills project in San Antonio. On Tuesday, January 25th, representatives from CGA, the Post Acute/Warm Springs System and CCD Health Care gathered to break ground on this 40-bed, 50,000 square foot private inpatient facility. Estimated completion for the project is March 2012.
