PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

CGA provided interior design and architecture for physician office space and clinical finish-outs within an existing medical office building. Individual suites within the MOB include:

Bayfront Cardiology - 7,375 SF
Bayfront Pediatric Neuro - 3,807 SF
Bay OBGYN - 4,745 SF
Maternal Fetal Medicine - 4,993 SF
Children's Orthopedics - 7,432 SF
Cardiac Surgery Associates - 3,774 SF
Dr. Espinola Pediatric ENT - 2,905 SF
Dr. Biss OBGYN - 2,415 SF
Tropical Smoothie Cafe - 1,800 SF

In each suite, CGA addressed the doctors' and nurses' requirements for function and atmosphere to provide designs unique to each suite. Maximum usable floor space and efficient staff flow are provided in every suite designed.
