The Garden Manor Assisted Living Facility is a 18,600 square foot expansion of an existing building. CGA created a new central building, which consisted of 10 double-occupancy rooms. Additionally, CGA completed the renovation of existing building adjacent to this new facility, which created six additional apartments and a dining/activity space. The goal of this expansion/renovation was to bring the existing facility up to code.
