Health Information Associates' headquarters building is a 8,500 SF, LEED® Silver facility, of which HIA occupies the first floor.  The main office area has secured access while the second floor remains accessible to the public through the main lobby.  The second floor serves as both a community room and conference center.  The design team focused on material selection, site preservation and indoor environmental quality to achieve the LEED certification, and special attention was given to the immediate site to retain as much of the existing vegetation as possible, including one of the most unique trees in the area.
