PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The HealthPoint Center for Health and Fitness is part of Georgetown Hospital System\'s family of facilities in South Carolina.

The 40,000 square foot hospital-sponsored facility is the area\'s premier health and fitness center, located in Pawleys Island. It is fully-staffed by trained health and fitness professionals and includes an indoor lap pool and whirlpool, steam room, men\'s and women\'s sauna, complete cardio workout equipment, free weights area, indoor track, volleyball and basketball gym and specially-designed aerobics studio.

There is also a day spa, which offers a variety of amenities and services, as well as massage services, childcare and women-only workout area.

Two unique services at the facility include a physician-referred cardiac conditioning program and specialized cancer rehabilitation program. NextStep Adult Outpatient Rehabilitation Services also shares space within the facility.
