The North Dallas Medical Center is a 15,500 square foot facility, developed by Samples Properties and Meridian Surgical Partners. This ambulatory surgery center also includes an imaging department and physician offices. Curtis Group Architects provided architecture and interior design services for the building’s core and shell, as well as the multiple tenant finish-outs, including the Institute for Minimally Invasive Surgery, Center for Spine Care, and Radiology Associates Prestonwood.
