This class-A medical office building is located on the campus of St. Anthony’s Hospital, a part of BayCare Health System, in St. Petersburg, Florida. The medical office building is home to a large cardiology practice, cardiac diagnostics, an outpatient cath lab, a 64-slice CT scanner and other heart and vascular related specialties. The 47,624 square foot building is located near the east entrance of the main hospital and is connected by an elevated walkway from the second floor.

CGA designed the freestanding medical office building’s core and shell and provided finish out space for various tenants, including 14,849 square feet of clinical space and a 7,041 square foot cath lab suite.
